In addition to our association management services, TMG provides outsourced meetings and events management. Our team is well versed in ensuring successful events of any kind, including conferences, conventions, exhibitions, board & committee meetings, and symposium.

Our services include a turn-key management experience to specific program support, including sponsorship and exhibit sales, logistics planning, AV management, contractor/vendor selection and management, marketing, registration, abstract and faculty support, and more.

Our staff includes several Certified Meeting Professionals (CMP) who maintain their knowledge and the latest trends in event planning. We also have Certified Exhibit Manager (CEM) on staff to support unique tradeshow needs.

Our team is engaged with dozens of event each year, giving us economies of scale and partnerships with all major hotel brands and supplier vendors. This allows our teams to secure favorable rates and contracts that ensure successful events on budget. Our teams also plan everywhere. We have a wide knowledge and experience base with many popular locations and venues that our client partners can take advantage of.
