TMG fosters interactive discussions around the systemic injustices and inequality within communities and how they impact associations, businesses, and the meetings and events community. If there is a discussion your destination wants to have, let us be the one to start it.
Objective: Destinations gain an understanding of how diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives factor into the stewardship of the destination and its stakeholders during the site selection and/or consideration process while highlighting opportunities for growth.
Focus on feedback. By focusing on the individual, the professional, the organization, and the industry our team engages the audience using anonymous polling and surveys throughout the experience to help provide a framework for where mindsets are on the topic and to better understand potential friction in the conversation.
Customized conversations. Each conversation is customized based on the needs of the destination and the attendees within the space. If individuals aren’t comfortable talking about race, we start with defining unconscious and inherent biases.
Success of service. From pre-planning calls to determine deliverables to post conversation calls to review takeaways, the data collection process determines the next steps for the specific destination.
